Love Myself Experiment

Feeling overwhelmed? Tired of pushing yourself? Ready to try an experiment to move from feeling like you’re doing what you must, to doing what you want?

Addy Kujawa, CEO of Little Radical Changes, shares her gentle, accepting process for creating personal freedom when all the checklists, reminders, and tasks lists just aren’t enough anymore.





Steps summarization: Commit to two days of doing the following:

  • Journal every thirty to sixty minutes for one minute on what you love about yourself.

  • Spend some time in reflection, meditating or just being in nature

  • Spend a few minutes to get moving! Exercise or dance or just sit in your chair moving while you listen to music that really gets your energy going!

  • At the end of the day, stand in front of a mirror and read everything that you wrote out loud to yourself.


Pro tips:

  • Set a timer on your smart device to remind you to do this and name it something personal and powerful like “Time to give love to myself!”

  • Authentically appreciate YOU for what and where you are NOW

  • Say to yourself what your ideal parent would say to you

  • At the end of the day, stand in front of a mirror and read everything that you wrote out loud to yourself.


Yes, this takes some time, but YOU are WORTH IT!
